From Australia’s number one Moroccan cuisine chef, who has cooked for the King of Morocco, you just know it is going to be a dining experience to remember!
Chef Majdi’s famous menus and hospitality has earned him a place in food author, Maeve O’Meara’s Food Safari book, and now in partnership with celebrity chef Simon Sandall, he is bringing something innovative and new to the hospitality franchise scene.
Afous Express gives traditional recipes a fresh twist with Moorish Moroccan food with a Spanish twist that will have you begging for more. Born out of the existing Afous restaurant in Mosman Sydney, Afous Express will bring this unique dining experience to the cities of Australia!
