Do you need to check out a competitor’s profile or a job candidate without them knowing? There is a simple way to change the visibility of your profile and change it back again whenever you need to.
It’s also worth checking what mode you’re in right now, as it may not be the best for you.
The 60-second video show you how or you can follow these simple steps:
1) Click on the mini-me version of yourself in the top right of your profile.
2) Select settings and privacy from the drop-down menu.
3) Choose Visibility
4) The first option under Visibility of your profile & network is ‘Profile viewing options’. Once you’re in there, you can toggle between the different privacy modes depending on your activity.
5) Don’t forget to set the profile settings back again afterwards!
