Sigma has the largest pharmacy-led network in Australia, with over 1,200 branded and independent pharmacies in our network, including some of Australia’s best known pharmacy retail brands in Amcal, Guardian, Chemist King, Discount Drug Stores and PharmaSave.
An ageing DC network, the increased demand for same day, and sometimes 2-3 hour, delivery expectations from pharmacies and constantly evolving legislative requirements triggered a Supply Chain Revamp that started in 2017 consisting of 5 Greenfield, Automated DCs, one in each capital city.

- Lead detailed design phase with successful vendor
- Lead functional, technical and integration design
- Manage installation and commissioning on-site
- Create test plans to achieve practical completion testing
- Execute and supervise all testing
- Transition, Go Live and post Go Live support
