The Toll Group is an Australian transportation and logistics company with operations in road, rail, sea, air and warehousing.

The re-development of Toll’s aging, mechanised DC for SFG in Olympic Park, forced the transition to a new facility. A 33,000 sqm facility was designed and built to incorporate leading warehouse technologies to meet operational and commercial requirements; creating one of the most advanced eCommerce fulfilment hubs in Australia.

Vendor contract review and business case support
Lead detailed design phase with selected vendor
Lead functional, technical and integration design
Manage property integration, site fit-out, systems installation and commissioning on-site
Create test plans to achieve practical completion testing
Execute and supervise all testing
Transition, Go Live and post Go Live support
