Urban Perspectives’ beginnings were at Artarmon in 2001. It started as a sole practice servicing a handful of developers and project managers. It has since grown and diversified its client base to include industries, Corporations, Councils, State Government Authorities and Departments.
Urban Perspectives’ offices are now located at Suite 405, 88 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills. Urban Perspectives employs qualified town planners and environmental auditors accredited by Exemplar Global.
Our town planning services range from obtaining development approvals for clients, providing strategic planning advice on design and development opportunities, undertaking assessments on behalf of Councils and Land and Environment Court work. We are also developing two software products that bookend our town planning services in the form of Urban Portal and IMS Stratus.
Urban Perspectives maintains an integrated quality, safety and environmental management system based on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. We are also members of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) and Environment Institute of Australia (EIA).
